Hello! My name is Abhinav Gupta and I am a Senior Strategy Consultant with IBM’s Strategy and Transformation management consulting practice based out of Los Angeles. Prior to joining IBM Global Business Services, I have worked at both big firms (Research In Motion and Oracle Corporation) and small (Ditech Networks) in a variety of business and technology roles in US, Canada and India.
I have an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, a MS in Computer Science from University of Calgary and a B Engg. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology. I was a Dean’s Scholar at UCLA, an Alberta Ingenuity and iCORE scholar at University of Calgary and the University Gold Medalist at Birla Institute of Technology.
I live in Los Angeles, California with my wife Pratikhya who works as an Associate Scientist at Amgen and pursues making jewelry as a hobby in her free time. In my spare time, I like to travel and hike on the beautiful trails in Southern California. Although not quite a globe trotter yet, I have traveled extensively in United States, Canada, Mexico, India, Japan, Singapore, Nepal, France, Belgium, United Kingdom, The Netherlands and Australia.
